ARC is the most focused education and networking platform in the airline retail industry, bringing together airline (buyers), suppliers, concessionaires, brands and airports for a two-day action-packed conference, exhibition and networking program.
For several years WaveFX has been commissioned to create a highlight video of the event, including key-note speaker’s exhibitions and interviews.
The finished video is played out at the end of the two day conference so the edit has to be completed, encoded and ready to play within 2 hours (now that’s a deadline)
We use our versatile LiveStream HD550 vision mixer with 4 small HD cameras to capture and stream the event. The HD550 allows us to add up to 5 cameras, pre-made videos, graphics, twitter feeds and much more, this great piece of kit allows us to create professional broadcasts with the sole aim of keeping the viewers interested, informed and watching.
