Project Description

Charity webcast live to Facebook

Amos Trust is a small, creative human rights organisation, committed to challenging injustice, building hope and creating positive change.

EventStreaming.TV dedicated their time to film and stream a very special fundraising event with performances by Welsh singer-songwriter Martyn Joseph, English gem Grace Petrie and the visiting Alrowwad Youth Theatre from the Aida Refugee Camp in Palestine.

Compared to Bruce Springsteen, John Mayer and Dave Matthews, Martyn Joseph has created his own style and reputation as a mesmerising live performer and stands in his own right, built on a reputation for giving what thousands have described as the best live music experience of their lives.

As part of the Beautiful Resistance Tour, 14 young people from Alrowwad Centre for Culture & Arts in Bethlehem visited the UK this summer to perform and experience life outside the constraints of their daily lives inside a refugee camp.

Nick Welsh from Amos Trust commented “I’ve worked with Jamie and the team from EventStreaming.TV a few times now and it’s always a pleasure. Jamie is calm under pressure, professional, knowledgeable and great fun to work with. This event was our first foray into live web streaming and we simply couldn’t off done it without him. I would highly recommend him.”
